How it works

Two precision metering pumps deliver polyol and isocyanate at low pressure into a high-speed dynamic mixing head. The mixture is injected into the mold in precise amounts — as small as a few grams per shot. The three-layer pressure tank keeps material at consistent temperature throughout.

What makes it different from a general foaming machine

This machine is built for small-shot precision work. A standard low-pressure or high-pressure machine is designed for bulk foam filling — overshooting the mold, wasting material, and producing inconsistent strips at the shot sizes sealing strip production requires. The sealing strip machine starts where general machines stop: injection volumes from 4g/s up to 60g/s, with repeat accuracy within ±0.5%.
