A compact polyurethane insole production system with mold carriers mounted on a fixed circular ring frame. The ring structure keeps molds in a continuous loop, moving past injection, curing, and demolding stations in sequence. Designed for manufacturers who need reliable daily output of 800–2000 pairs with minimal floor space.

How it works
Mold carriers are fixed to the circular ring frame and driven by a motor through the ring path. Each carrier holds one or two molds and stops at stations for loading, injection, curing, and unloading. The ring structure is self-contained — no ground rails, no long straight runs. The high-pressure foaming machine injects at one position; molds then move through the curing zone before returning to the unloading station.
