Sofa Cushion Production Line

Sofa cushion production lines mostly consist of rotary foaming lines and high-pressure foaming machines as their main equipment. Features of rotary polyurethane production lines:

Rotary diameter: 3 meters to 15 meters, customer-customized.

The rotary screen is driven by a reducer, with speed infinitely adjustable via a frequency converter.

Ordinary molds can be placed on the rotary screen, or hydraulic or pneumatic mold frames can be used to achieve automatic mold opening and closing.

Automatic or manual pouring methods are available.

The rotary screen is adopted due to its simple structure, high production efficiency, labor saving, and convenient maintenance.

The two-component high-pressure foaming machine stores liquid polyol and isocyanate raw materials in two separate storage tanks. These are then pumped to the mixing system by two rotary axial (radial) plunger metering pumps. Under hydraulic pressure, the mixing head opens, and the two components are injected at high pressure and high speed into a small mixing chamber. The high-speed collision achieves mixing, resulting in uniform spraying of the liquid. This results in good mixing, no cleaning required, stable performance, and simple operation, achieving high production efficiency and environmental friendliness.
