A precision low-pressure polyurethane casting machine designed specifically for sealing strip production. It delivers small-shot, high-accuracy injection of A and B components for consistent, bubble-free sealing strips used in electrical cabinets and industrial enclosures.

Who it’s for

Manufacturers producing polyurethane sealing strips for electrical cabinets, control boxes, distribution panels, and similar industrial enclosures. Also suitable for filter end caps and similar small-to-medium precision casting applications.

How it works

Two precision metering pumps deliver polyol and isocyanate at low pressure into a high-speed dynamic mixing head. The mixture is injected into the mold in precise amounts — as small as a few grams per shot. The three-layer pressure tank keeps material at consistent temperature throughout.

What makes it different from a general foaming machine

This machine is built for small-shot precision work. A standard low-pressure or high-pressure machine is designed for bulk foam filling — overshooting the mold, wasting material, and producing inconsistent strips at the shot sizes sealing strip production requires. The sealing strip machine starts where general machines stop: injection volumes from 4g/s up to 60g/s, with repeat accuracy within ±0.5%. If you’ve been using a standard foaming machine for sealing strips and dealing with excess flash, uneven density, or high scrap rates — that’s why.

  • New mechanical seal design with built-in cooling water circulation port — prevents blockages during extended continuous runs
  • High-speed dynamic mixing head: uniform mixing, synchronized component delivery, minimal waste at the nozzle
  • Optional 3-axis servo robotic manipulator for complex-shaped, non-round, or oversized end caps
