Polyurethane Headrest Production Disc Line

The automotive headrest disc production line is used for the foaming production of polyurethane automotive headrests.

The two-component high-pressure foaming machine stores liquid polyol and isocyanate raw materials in two separate storage tanks. These are delivered to the mixing system via two rotary axial (radial) plunger metering pumps. Under hydraulic pressure, the mixing head opens, and the two components are injected at high pressure and high speed into a small mixing chamber. The high-speed collision achieves mixing, resulting in a uniform spray of the liquid. This process provides excellent mixing, eliminates the need for cleaning, ensures stable performance, and is easy to operate, achieving high production efficiency and environmental friendliness.

The disc production line operates at a constant speed; the running speed and production cycle are adjustable. The disc is equipped with a power supply and air supply system, forming a complete foaming production line when used with a mold temperature controller.
