Built for dependable PU foam production
A compact, high-efficiency insole production system built around a rotary disc platform with integrated high-pressure foaming machine and automated mold carriers. Designed for manufacturers who need stable daily output of 800–1500 pairs with limited floor space.

Line configuration
The rotary disc carries 6–24 mold stations in a circular arrangement. The high-pressure foaming machine is positioned at one station, injecting into molds as they pass. After injection, molds advance through the curing zone, then open automatically for demolding at the unloading station. The disc rotates continuously at adjustable speed, controlled by inverter drive.
