For polyurethane sealedge strip production and multi-product small-to-medium batch manufacturing.

This machine features two independently controllable mixing heads — use one head for single-product runs, switch between heads to avoid cross-contamination during formulation changes, or run both simultaneously to increase output. The dual-head design was developed specifically for sealedge strip production, where frequent material changes are the norm.

Key features: high-precision gear metering pumps (±0.5% accuracy), PLC-controlled touchscreen operation, automatic cleaning cycle, and a sealed mixing head with water-cooling circulation for uninterrupted long-run production.

Applications include: polyurethane sealedge strips, memory foam pillows, self-skinning armrests, steering wheels, high-resilience seat cushions, bicycle saddles, shoe insoles, cold storage panels, and packaging inserts.
