Both disc lines and ground rail lines support multi-SKU mixed production. Each mold corresponds to a product parameter file, automatically retrieved after QR code identification, short mold change time without affecting other station normal operation.

How to control different vehicle seat density requirements?

High-pressure machine metering accuracy ±0.5%, combined with formulation management system, parameters can be preset by vehicle model, one-click recall when switching. Density, resilience, and surface finish can all be adjusted through formulation.

What about equipment noise and environmental protection?

Machine operating noise below 75dB, meets industrial workshop standards. Foaming process can choose cyclopentane system, replacing HCFC-141b, more environmentally friendly, meeting regulatory requirements for export to European and American markets.
