Built for dependable PU foam production
The automotive seat foaming production line consists of a high-pressure foaming machine, robotic arms, mold frames, mold temperature controllers, tracks, barcode scanners, and an automatic control system. It can meet the foaming production needs of seat cushions and backrests for various car models, and multiple products can be produced on a mixed-line basis. The production line uses a geared motor with brakes, which drives the entire line through a gearbox. The line speed is frequency-adjustable, facilitating adjustments to the production cycle. Mold heating and mold frame control boxes are evenly distributed on mold-carrying trolleys. Power is supplied via a ring brush (slip ring), and air is supplied centrally through rotary joints to each mold frame on the line. Temperature-controlled water, cables, and compressed air between workstations are all connected via quick-connect fittings, enabling rapid mold changes, reducing changeover time from the traditional 2 hours to 30 minutes.
